Send a message to reklamacje@wezer.pl and provide the order number and product name you want to return.

Prepare the shipment

You can attach the withdrawal form. It is not mandatory, but it speeds up identification and processing of the return.

Send the product back

Pack the product and send it to WEZER.PL, ul. Pogodna 1, 53-022 Wrocław, Poland.

Refund

The refund will be processed after receiving and verifying the shipment, no later than within 14 days.
