Information about cookies

This Policy applies to cookies and refers to the website www.wezer.pl (hereinafter: "wezer.pl"), operated by Malwa Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław.

What are cookies?

Cookies should be understood as IT data, in particular text files, stored in the users' end devices, which are intended for the use of websites, including wezer.pl. These files allow for the recognition of the user's device and the appropriate display of a website tailored to their individual preferences. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the storage time on the end device, and a unique number.

What do we use cookies for?

Cookies are used to adapt the content of the website to the needs and preferences of the internet user, as well as to optimize the use of pages. They are also used to create anonymous, aggregate statistics, which make it possible to better understand the behavior and choices of internet users and how they use the pages. All this allows for the improvement of the structure and content of the services (excluding personal identification of the user).

What types of cookies do we use?

Two types of cookies are commonly used - session and persistent. The former are temporary files that remain on the user's device until logging out of the website or closing the web browser. In turn, persistent cookies remain on the user's device for a specified time - usually until they are manually deleted. All cookies used by the partners of the website operator, especially website users, are subject to their own privacy policies.

Business They allow for the implementation of the service's business model. Blocking them does not restrict access but may affect the quality of services (e.g., advertising cookies).

B. Based on the time for which the cookie will be placed in the user's end device:

Type Description
Temporary cookies (session cookies) Cookies placed for the duration of the browser use, deleted after it is closed.
Persistent cookies They remain on the user's device until the expiration period or manual deletion.

C. Based on origin – the administrator of the service who manages the cookies:

Type Description

External cookies (third-party cookies) Placed by external entities whose components have been loaded by the website owner.

Note! Cookies may be triggered by the administrator using scripts and components located on the partner's servers in another location (e.g., in another country or legal system). In such a situation, different standard cookie policy rules than the website administrator's cookie policy may apply.

D. Based on the purpose they serve:

Type Description
Service configuration They allow for the settings of functions and services in the service.
Service security and reliability They enable the verification of authenticity and the optimization of service performance.
Authentication They inform when the user is logged in and display the appropriate functions.
Session state They record data about the use of the service, e.g., visited pages or error messages.
