What is the shipping cost?
We offer free delivery for orders over 100 PLN. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is displayed during checkout.
Can I collect my order in person?
Currently, personal pickup is not available. All orders are delivered via the selected delivery method.
What is the delivery time?
Orders placed on business days before 14:00 are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 are shipped the next business day. You will receive a tracking number once shipped.
How can I track my shipment?
After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment status.
VAT Invoice
A VAT invoice is issued for every order. If purchasing as a company, please provide your VAT number during checkout. The document will be sent to your email address.
